When Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers supported the idea of building an Office of Outdoor Recreation within the Department of Tourism and the state legislature agreed, Secretary Sara Meaney set to work building momentum behind the vision and strategy of the new entity, and the people, process and organizations whose involvement would determine its success.
